"Trailer broke down and landed us at Hippo Equipment. John and staff were excellent. They quickly assessed our situation and determined the fix. Unfortunately, parts were not immediatly available. We left the trailer and continued our journey. The Hippo crew stayed on top of getting the trailer fixed and keeping us informed.
